1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Garmium website (garmium.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Products and Pricing
- All prices displayed on garmium.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography conditions.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of products available for purchase and to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
- An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order (or, for COD, at delivery). We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI, Paytm, and Cash on Delivery.
- All online payments are processed by Razorpay. By completing a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to process orders within 1 business day. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, though we work hard to meet them.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Our return policy is available at garmium.com/returns. Returns must comply with the conditions stated therein.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and are subject to our return policy terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on garmium.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Garmium and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garmium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
