How It Works
Simple, 4-step process to get your return or exchange sorted.
Initiate your return
Email hello@garmium.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
Pack and ship
Pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags intact. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any courier partner location.
We inspect and process
Once we receive your return, our team inspects it within 1-2 business days and initiates your refund or exchange.
Refund or exchange
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Exchanges ship within 2 business days of approval.
Return Conditions
- ✓Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- ✓Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- ✓All original tags must be attached.
- ✓Items must be in their original packaging.
- ✓Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- ✓Items showing signs of wear, wash, or damage will not be accepted.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and approving your return. UPI and wallet refunds may appear faster.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Select “Exchange” when initiating your return. Your replacement will ship within 2 business days of us receiving the original item.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
