Our purpose is to make your shopping easy by giving the best customer service to satisfy all your demands. We continuously try to do better by upgrading the quality of service that we currently offer, based on your feedback.

Our product is meant to be returned within 15 days, no matter what the reason for the exchange is, the product should be with its price and other tags, and in the same packaging, it should be unused, undamaged, and unwashed. Products purchased under any special offer are only qualified for an exchange (product should be of the equal or higher price). Refunds or conversions to Store Credits are not valid for special offers.

Why specifically 15 days?
Because at times even a month is not enough.

To make all these easy for you we provide a pre-paid return label in all our shipping’s. Not only that, we will manage everything, all you have to do is just place a request and choose a convenient date to pick up. That's it!

All of you who find Garmium's article problematic or are unsatisfied for whatever reason, can return or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Note that, Garmium will accept only those articles that are returned in their original packaging that are unused, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags as they were, else we might not accept the return but send it back to the customer.

Getting the Money back
For all the returns that are accepted by us, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, or exchange for another size or product as you prefer. 

This is only for the article that you've purchased from Garmium and not for any packaging or gift or free items that are included by us.

The complete procedure
For exchanging or returning, the most trouble-free way is to generate a request form from You'll find transactions made by a signed-in customers under "My Orders" tab, "My account" menu. Whereas the guest order transactions are available at the Track Your Order page. For accessing them, you will need to enter your Order ID and the email address given at the time of placing your order. Alternatively, you can also call or write to us if you need any assistance or find any of these lesser convenient.

The process of Cancellation is not able to cancel any orders after they are collected by our delivery partners. In such scenarios, the orders can be canceled only after receipt of delivery by the customer. As mentioned above, for all approved cancellations, we do refund your money within 7-10 working days or exchange for another available size or product as per your preference.

In case of any Damage
You are requested to inform our customer care department even in the smallest scenarios wherein any articles are delivered to you without tags. We also urge you to not accept any delivery if the packaging of it is not properly sealed or is damaged.
